Please note that the description of the fee has been renamed from ā€œLate Charge Letterā€ to ā€œNotice of Past Due Assessmentā€ to clarify its purpose. The Board has approved to pass the fee on to the late-paying homeowner in lieu of the cost being borne solely by the Association. Call for Candidates

The 2019 and 2020 Annual Meetings of the Members could not be held because a quorum was not achieved. This means that the two homeowner positions on the Board of Directors for the 2019-2020 term are still vacant. Accordingly, the Board has decided to use its authority under Bylaws Section 4.8.1 to appoint homeowners to fill these vacancies for the remainder of the term, which expires at the 2021 Annual Meeting.

The Board will make its selection by reviewing applications from and conducting interviews with interested homeowners, and then make appointments in accordance with 4.8.1 at an open session Board meeting to be held on October 27, 2020, at 6:30 P.M.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications, which are stated in Section 2.1 of the Associationā€™s Election Rules:

  1. On title to a property within the Association;
  2. At least 18 years old;
  3. Not a joint owner of the same property as another Board Member; and
  4. No past criminal conviction that would terminate the Associationā€™s existing fidelity bond coverage or prevent purchase of such coverage.

If you are interested in serving on the Board, and meet the qualifications, please complete the attached form and return by 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2020.
